摘 要: 本文用TG-DTG-DSC法研究了氯化聚丙烯(Cl-PP)在空气和N_2气流中等速升温时的热降解过程,发现Cl-PP在空气中的热氢降解为四步反应,在N_2气氛中为三步反应;N_2气氛下热降解温度T_(0.1)、T_(p2)高于空气,T_(p3)不受气氛影响,第一、二峰失重率C_1、C_2不受气氛影响,第三峰和总失重率C_3、C_总值高于空气中;结合反应热效应,探讨了不同气氛下的反应机理;热氧环境中降解产物较为复杂。 The effect of atmospheres on the thermal degradation process,temperatures and de-grees of Cl-PP have been studied by using TG-DTG-DSC,The ther mal degradation process of Cl-PP is four step reactions in air and three step reactions in N_2. The degradation temperatures T_(0.1) andT_(p2),degradational degrees C_3 and C_(total) are higher in N_2 than in air. T_(p3) ,C_1 and C_2 are not influenced by atmosphere. The possible degradational mechanism of Cl-PP in different atmosphere have beendiscussed according to the heating effect of the reactions.
