摘 要: 本文对锥体叶轮离心风机进行了研究,测试了不同转速下风机的性能和噪声,测试结果表明,当转速改变时压力和流量值与按比例定律计算得到的理论值基本一致,但在较低转速下运行时,功率和效率低于理论值,而且转速越低,差值越大,文章从理论上分析了实测结果不完全与比例定律相符合的原因,并建立了此种离心风机转达与噪声间的关系式。 A study was carried out on the influence of the rotor speed on theperformance and noise of the centrifuagal ran with a cone-shaped rotor.the result showed that the measured values of pressure and flow fitted with the Proportional Law at any rotor speed.However,the values of power and efficiency were lower than the theoretical ones when the fanworked at fower rotor speed. The reason that not all the parameter fitted with the ProportionalLaw was analysed ,and the mathematical model which indicated the retation between noise androtor speed was developed.
