摘　　要： 分析了国内外大型水利工程的环境影响评价（ＥＩＡ）．指出了大型水利工程ＥＩＡ中存在的问题，其主要是：（１）方法学尚未完全建立，（２）忽视了水资源的价值；（３）缺少环境风险评价；（４）环境经济评价缺乏可信度。同时指出了大型水利工程ＥＩＡ发展趋势。它对于完善水利工程的ＥＩＡ和提高我国水利工程ＥＩＡ的规范化、科学化具有重要的现实意义。 We reivewed the developmont of FIA(Environmental Impact Assess-ment)on larger water conservancy projects home and abroad. Then several problemsin theory and practice of EIA on Large water conservancy project were studied indetail. These problems include, (1)methodology had not been set ap completely,(2)the value of water resource was neglected,(3)the absence of Environmental Risk Assessmont, and (4) the shortage of reliability in Envirommental Eccnomic Asses-smen. The development tendoncy of EIA on large water conservancy projects was also pointed out in this thesis. So it was supposed to have impotant realitical sig-nificance to perfect of EIA on water conservancy projects and to improve of stan-dardi zation of EIA on water conservancy projects in China.
