摘　　要： 邓小平人才思想是在继承以毛泽东为代表的第一代中央领导集体关于干部队伍建设理论的基础上，结合新的历史任务提出来的。他关于选拔培养中青年干部是一个战略问题。人才问题主要是个组织路线问题，全党都要尊重知识、尊重人才。坚持干部队伍“四化”方针等一系列重要的思想、论断，发展了马克思主义的组织学说和生产力等学说，是指引我们贯彻落实党中央制定的“人才强国战略”，全面建设小康社会，推进我国尽快由人口大国转化为人才资源强国，实现中华民族伟大复兴的理论基础和行动指南。 Talent thought of Deng Xiaoping, was based on Mao Zedong first generation central leading collective about foundation, cadres contingent building of theory, combining the new historical task. The young cadre is a strategic question, talent's question is mainly a route question of organization, the whole party should respect knowledge, respect talents, adhere to policy of“ the Four Modernizations”of contingent of cadres, developed Marxist organization's theory and productivity, guided ' strategy of talent's powerful country ' which the Central Party Committee made, built well-off society in an all-round way, transformed our country in population resource powerful country as soon as possible, realized the theoretical foundation of Chinese nation's great rejuvenation.
