摘 要: 对带式连续真空干燥条件下香蕉粉的失水特性进行研究。结果表明,香蕉粉的干燥曲线在不同的参数设置下有所不同,经拟合得出带式连续真空干燥香蕉粉的数学模型可以用单项扩散模型即MR=αexp(-kdt)来描述。 The dehydrating characters of banana powder by cinctured continuous vacuum dryer were studied. Results shown that the pattern of dry curves were different due to different parameters. By simulating, the drying mathematical model can be described by the model-MR=α exp(-kdt).
