摘 要: 苹果酸、硝酸锌、硝酸铅、消石灰等对水玻璃矿渣水泥具有良好的缓凝作用,但不能有效地延缓碱激发碳酸盐矿矿渣胶凝灌浆材料浆液的凝胶化时间。研究发现:外加剂氯化钡能很好地改善该灌浆材料浆液工作性能,如凝胶化时间、Marsh流出时间和扩展度等,而且还有利于强度性能的提高。外加剂氯化钡的缓凝作用是由于在矿渣粉的表面形成了良好的包裹层。 Malic acid, zinc nitrate, lead nitrate, and lime hydrate, etc can retard the setting of water glass-slag cement, hut have no retarding effect on the gelation time of alkali-activated carbonatite-slag cementitious-grouting materials. The investigation results show that barium chloride additive significantly enhance the workability of slag cementitious materials by improving, such as gelation time, Marsh cone flow time, mini-slump, and the compressive strength of the concrete. The retarding effect of barium chloride is attributed to the formation of a protective layer on the surface of slag grain due to the reaction between barium chloride and water glass.
