摘 要: 研究了PLZT铁电陶瓷的电疲劳特性。结果表明:在加上极化电场以后,相对于未疲劳试样,电疲劳试样中沿着电场方向翻转的电畴较少,沿偏离电场方向的电畴较多。SEM分析表明疲劳前样品的断裂模式主要为穿晶断裂,而疲劳后主要为沿晶断裂。利用原位XRD分析得出样品在交流电场下由90o畴变导致的畴变应变高达0.1%,这种反复高畴变应变造成的沿晶微裂纹是造成疲劳试样电畴沿电场方向翻转减少的主要原因,并最终导致了铁电陶瓷的电疲劳。 The electric fatigue performances of PLZT ferroelectric ceramics were studied. The research results showed that after being polarized by applying a DC electric field at room temperature, in comparison with the virgin non-fatigued sample, the domain of the fatigued sample reoriented along the applied electric-field direction became less and that randomly oriented away from the direction of the applied field become more. The SEM analysis indicates that the facture mode mainly covered the trans-granular for the virgin non-fatigued sample and the inter-granular for the fatigue sample. The magnitude of the strain due to the 90 degrees domain reorientation during the application of an AC electric field, estimated from the in-situ XRD spectra, reached as high as 0.1%. This repeated and high strain induced by the 90 degrees domain reorientations ultimately led to the less domain reorientation along the polaring direction and the electric fatigue of the samples finally.
