摘 要: 在简要介绍高精度自动倒装贴片机的原理和实现过程的基础上,阐述了一种快速的高精度的自动定位算法。该算法的基本思想是先用LOG算子得到像素级边缘,再用插值方法得到其亚像素边缘,然后用SUSAN角点检测法提取精确的特征点,最后用VanWamelen算法实现快速点模式匹配。它能在输入标记缺损或遮挡的情况下快速有效完成对准,而且精度较高。 The image processing algorithms of automatic location are described.Firstly,LOG operator is used to find the edge and interpolation is applied subpixel resolution,secondly,SUSAN principle is used to extract exact feature point.At last,a way of point pattern matching,Van Wamelen Algorithm,is compiled to realize the automatic location,which can accurately align the two fiducials in chip and substrate even when the input fiducial is not complete or party occluded.
