摘 要: 分析了瑞士GF和国产HQ两种高铬铸铁抛丸机叶片分别在使用钢丸和铁丸工况下的磨损失效形式。分析结果表明,使用钢丸时叶片主要是由于反复冲击下材料的剥落,而切削所起的作用轻微;使用铁丸时叶片主要是切削磨损,但反复冲击下材料的剥落也起着重要作用。碳化物垂直于磨面的定向排列,有利于提高耐磨性;但过分细小碳化物易弯曲变形,造成深层范围内碳化物多层次碎裂,可能不利于发挥其抗磨骨干作用。 he wear mechanisms of GF blades(made in Switzerland )and HQ blades(best domestic blades)were analysed.It has shown that the wear of blades when shooting steel pellets was mainly caused by spalling and little microcutting while when shooting white iron pellets mainly caused by microcutting but spalling also contributing its share.Unidirectional carbide arrangement perpendicular to the wearing surface will improve the wear-resistance of blades,but too fine carbides maybe decrease it.
