摘 要: 目的:形态参数变化趋势及频颤即其变形性随温度变化的关系。材料和方法:在多维显微技术基础上发展出一通过细胞频颤现象测定细胞膜变形能力的方法,并对黄喉拟水龟、乌龟和巴西龟等三种不同种属龟的红细胞的有关结构与功能参数随温度的变化进行了研究。结果:三种龟红细胞的形状均基本不随温度的变化而改变其椭球形结构,接触面积均呈减小趋势;长径比(伸长率)有增大的趋势;圆度基本上呈减小趋势。三种龟红细胞的频颤频率均有峰值频率,此时变形性最好。结论:温度的改变对龟红细胞膜形态影响是较明显的;温度的逐渐增高,使红细胞形态上变得比原来狭长。温度的改变会造成红细胞膜弯曲模量Kc、剪切模量μ等力学参数的变化,龟红细胞膜粘度变化,从而影响其变形能力。 Purpose To research temperature-dependent morphological parameters variation and deformability of tortoise erythrocytes. Materials and methods Based on the technique of multidimensional microscopy a method of measuring the flicker phenomenon in biological cells is developed and employed to investigate the effect of temperature on the structure and function of three kinds of tortoise erythrocytes. Results The shape of these three tortoise erythrocytes keeps spheroidicity with temperature changed. Contact area and roundness decrease while elongation increases. Peak frequency of the flicker where the best deformability appears is found and mesured. Conclusion The effect of temperature on tortoise erythrocyte membrane is obvious that the shape of erythrocyte is narrower with the temperuture increased. Flexural modulus Kc shear modulus μ and viscosity of tortoise erythrocyte membrane vary with temperature which influence deformability.
