摘 要: 通过正交实验法探讨了以天然纤维作为骨架材料,聚乙烯醇为泡体,用甲醛交联制备可降解泡沫材料的最佳反应条件,并研究了不同因素对于材料的缩醛化反应动力学的影响,着重探讨了天然纤维的存在对于材料缩醛化程度及其它性能的影响。土壤实验表明,材料在9周内质量损失近50%,具有良好的生物可降解性。 A degradable cellular foam, the composite with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as main body, natural fiber as framework, and formaldehyde as coherent agent has been prepared. The optimal process for the preparation of degradable cellular foam with natural fiber and polyvinyl formal has been investigated. The relationship between the mechanical properties of degradable cellular foam and the influence factors, such as reaction time, ratio of starting materials, were studied. The result of burying test in soil shows that this material is nearly half degraded in 9 weeks.
