摘 要: 文章研究了气体钻水平井的携岩问题,发现水平井气体携岩的规律与垂直井有本质不同。目前国际上流行的斜井、水平井气体钻井流动计算与井下真实情况相比有很大差别,从而导致计算得到的携岩气体需求量过于偏小,难以保证井下正常携岩、清岩。用CFD软件对水平井段钻柱躺在下井壁,并造成偏心环空内流体的问题进行了大量不同工况下的流场分析,其研究结果对改善环空流场、确定合理的输气量参数、提高流体的携岩能力等,提供了理论依据。 Through investigating the cuttings-carried capability in gas horizontal drilling, it was found that, the cuttings-carried law in gas horizontal drilling is far different from that in gas vertical drilling. The gas drilling flow calculation, prevailing internationally at the time, of slant hole and horizontal hole was greatly distinctive from the actual situation, thus making the required cuttings-carried gas volume calculated being too much small to normally carry over the cuttings and clean out the bottom hole. A large number of flow field analyses of the eccentric annulus caused the horizontal interval drilling string laying on the lower borehole wall were carried out at different operating modes by use of CFD software. The study result has provided a theoretic ba sis for improving annulus flow field, determining reasonable gas input rate parameters and raising cuttings-carried capability of drilling fluid, etc.
