摘 要: 介绍了磁致伸缩线性位移传感器的原理及使用方法,给出了该传感器在板材成型控制系统中的应用实例,并对系统的静态特性及系统控制精度进行了分析与评价。对测试系统进行标定,其相关系数为0.9999,回程误差为0.2880V,满量程电压为7.0154V,滞后优于4%FS,分辨力达0.002%FS,灵敏度达65.3mV/mm,控制信号的滞后误差最大为0.33mm。 Magnetostrictive linear displacement sensor’s principle and directions for use are introduced.The application example of this kind of sensor in sheet metal forming control system is given,and static characters and system control precision are analyzed and estimated.By the calibration to test system,system related coefficient is 0.9999,return error is 0.2880V,full scale voltage is 7.0154V,hysteresis is 4%FS,resolution is 0.002%FS,sensitivity is 65.3mV/mm,maximal control signal’s hysteresis error is 0.33mm.
