摘　　要： 分析了茂名市住宅节能现状及新型墙体材料应用所存在的问题,阐述了开展住宅节能及新型墙体材料应用研究的必要性。结合茂名市的气候特点和地方资源,提出了茂名市住宅节能建筑应用新型墙体材料的技术措施及发展对策。 This paper analyzes residential energy- saving status in quo and the problems about new wall material application in Maoming, expatiate on the necessity of developing residential energy-saving and new wall materials application study. Combining with the weather characteristics and local resources in Maoming, it put forward technique measures and development countermeasure of the new wall ma- terials applied in residential energy-saving buildings in Maoming.
