摘　　要： 提出一种递进式算法进行设计项目规划,使下一阶段的项目关键开发线路长度比上一阶段短,反复进行求得项目开发的最短线路。考虑关键开发线路的时间优化和非关键子项目的成本优化,提出开发人员分配算法,使整个项目的成本最低。 A step- up decomposing method in design project programming i s put forward, which try to make current key developing line shorter than the form er one, repeating and get the shortest development line. A designer configuring method is advanced. The method considers optimizing time- consuming of key deve lping line and cost of non- key subprojects in configure design resources, and makes the whole project the most economical.
