摘　　要： 介绍了校园网环境下的高校科研管理信息系统的设计与实现,分析了高校科研管理信息系统需要解决的问题,给出了系统功能实现的总体设计. The writer mainly describes application and implementation of university scientific research management information system based on campus network, then the problems that are essential to solve the University Scientific Research Management information system are analyzed and the general design of realization about the systematic function is given.
