摘 要: 采用XRD、SEM以及TG等手段,并利用纯石膏掺杂等方法研究了不同纯度二水石膏对低碱度钢渣蒸压制品强度的影响。结果表明,不同纯度二水石膏的激发效果差异很大,高纯度石膏的掺入容易导致石膏的过量(局部相对过量),产生局部富集,抑制低碱度钢渣中Ca2+的溶出和钢渣的水化,制品强度较低;低纯度石膏中二水石膏的低浓度均匀分布,有利于激发钢渣的水化和强度发展。当高纯度石膏在钢渣中的最佳掺量很低时,不宜采用高纯度石膏来激发钢渣的水化。 Using XRD, SEM, TG and a method admixed impurity into pure gypsum,we studied the effects of different purity gypsums for compressive strength of low alkalinity steel slag product under hydrothermal condition. Experiment showed, their activation effects were different obviously for the autoclaved low alkalinity steel slag products at 185℃. Because of higher purity gypsum excess (relative excess), local enrichment of gypsum restrains dissolution of Ca^(2+) in steel slag and the hydrothermal reaction of low alkalinity steel slag admixed higher purity gypsum, and decreases the compressive strength of autoclaved steel slag products. Lower purity gypsum can be well distributed in steel slag by low concentration, and availably enhance the compressive strength of the autoclaved low alkalinity steel slag products. So, using low purity gypsum in it is an effective choice.
