摘 要: 通过文献资料法和对比分析法,将大众有氧健身操对人体生理、心理等方面的良好影响进行了分析和探讨。大众有氧健身操可以作为“全面健身计划”中的一项有效的健身内容和手段,应注意其开展的层面和推广的力度,提高大众有氧健身锻炼的实效。 This article offers an analytical examination into the favorable effect of public aerobics on people's physiology and psychology by documentation and comparison,suggesting the application of public aerobics as an integral part of 'national fitness project as well as the approriate extent to which public aerobics should be promoted to guarantee maximun effectiveness
