摘 要: 文中提出了一种新的实用化光纤耦合方案,将大芯径石英光纤的一端熔成球形(用于与半导体激光器的耦合),另一端拉制成变芯径光纤,这样有利于与其它光学系统的连接。结果表明:采用该方法耦合效率达到75%左右,同时大大地增加了耦合系统的失调容差,降低了调试和封装的难度,因而有着广泛的实际应用价值。 A new practical coupling method is presented in this paper.A section large core silica optical fiber is used in this system,one end coupled with semiconductor laser is fused into a sphere,the other end coupled with other optical systems is pulled into graded-core fiber.Results show that the coupling efficiency improve about 75%,and the tolerant disturbance of the coupling system is largely increased.At the same time,the difficulties of debugging and encapsulation is greatly reduced.Therefore this system will have widely practical applications.
