摘 要: 研究了利用粉煤灰制备氯化铝溶液过程中的最佳实验条件.当粉煤灰与碳酸钠的用量(质量比)为1.2∶1,焙烧温度850℃,焙烧时间90min,粉煤灰可完全分解生成霞石;霞石经HCl浸取后生成SiO2和氯化铝溶液.霞石的反应程度随着HCl溶液浓度的增加而增加,当浸取液HCl浓度为80%时,得到的沉淀物已不含霞石残余. The experimental process of preparing aluminum chloride solution from fly ash is systematically studied.When the ratio of high-alumina fly ash to Na_ 2 CO_ 3 is 1.2 to 1(by mass ratio), the mullite in the flying ash can completely react with Na_ 2 CO_ 3 at the temperature of 850℃ for 90 min and changes into nepheline. Nepheline is easily dissolved in HCl and forms AlCl_ 3 solution and SiO_ 2 deposit. When the concentration of HCl comes to 80%(volume concentration),there is no Nepheline remnant in the deposit.
