摘　　要： 在碘和氧化亚铜复合催化下，６－甲氧基－２－丙酰萘（２）重排为２－（６－甲氧基－２－萘基）丙酸乙酯（３），３不加分离经水解得外消旋萘普生，总收率８２．６％。 Propionyl-6-methoxynaphthalene (2) was treated with iodine and cuprous oxide in the presence of triethyl orthoformate to rearrange to ethyl 2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl) propionate (3). Subsequent hydrolysis of 3 afforded dl-naproxen in 82.6% overall yield.
