摘 要: 原子力显微镜(AFM)是目前最新的生物成像技术之一。它具有分辨率高,制样简单,并可在多种环境条件下以原子分辨率三维成像的特点。目前AFM主要应用于生物的核酸、蛋白质、细胞和微生物纳米水平的结构与功能研究。我们相信AFM必将在生物医学研究中起到越来越重要的作用。 Atomic force microscope (AFM) is one of the newest imaging techn iques in the field of biomedicine. AFM has the advantages of high resolution, co nvenient specimen preparation, and acquisition of three-dimensional images to id entify single atomic resolution. AFM is currently applied in the research of str ucture and function, at the nanometric scale, of nucleic acids, proteins, cells and microorganisms. It is believed that AFM should play a more and more importan t role in biomedicine study.
