摘 要: 目的探讨胶质瘤表面特化结构对其侵袭性的影响。方法应用原子力显微镜,对U251胶质瘤细胞系进行观测。结果胶质瘤细胞表面有大量伪足结构和微绒毛结构。结论原子力显微镜是研究亚细胞超微结构的有力武器。胶质瘤的微绒毛和伪足结构与其侵袭性相关。 Objective To discuss the influence of the specialized s tructure on the surface of glioma cells on the invasive ability. Methods T he cultured U251 glioma cell line was detected with atomic force microscope(AFM) . Results There are many pseudopodia and microvilli on the glioma cell sur face. Conclusion AFM is an excellent instrument for observe the subcellula r ultrastructure. The pseudopodia and microvilli on the glioma cell surface are associated with the invasive ability of the glioma cells.
