摘 要: 目的测定小鼠神经元细胞膜脂筏纳米尺度三维结构.方法应用原子力显微镜(AFM)测定纯化的小鼠神经元膜脂筏.结果可见神经细胞单个脂筏的凹陷盘状圆形三维结构,周围高,边缘不完整,中间凹陷,直径在117~120 nm左右.结论神经细胞膜脂筏结构为直径100nm左右的扁圆形中间凹陷结构.AFM可以在纳米水平对细胞器进行三维结构测定. Objective To determine the 3D structure of lipid rafts in the mouse neuron membrane with atomic force microscope (AFM) at the nanometer scale. Methods The 3D structure of lipid rafts purified from mouse brain was detected with AFM. Results The single lipid raft like a plate was show ed hollow on the centre and incomplete on the border with the diameter of 117~12 0 nm. Conclusion AFM can detect the 3D structure of cell organs at the nan ometer scale.
