摘 要: 采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定不同pH的水溶液中纳米Al2O3的含量及有关影响因素.结果表明,纳米水溶液体系存在空白液吸光度很低,工作液吸光度较高的较大的波长区间,是分光光度法中理想的测定体系;对应的标准曲线线性的相关系数均大于0.98.实验还研究了分散方式及分散时间的影响,超声20 min可达到较好的分散效果;溶液pH对分散效果影响显著,纳米Al2O3浆料在pH为4~8及10~12两个区间分散性较好;其平均相对误差(2.33%)远远小于重量分析法(20.7%),且比重量分析法(2 d)省时(小于1 h). A method for the determination of Al 2 O 3 nano particles in aqueous solution at different pH by UV/Vis spectrophotometry is presented.The factors affecting the procedure were examined.The results showed that the absorbance of the blank solution was low,while the absorbance of the working solution was high with-in a wide wavelength range.The correlation coefficients obtained for the calibration curves ranged from0.98to0.99.It was found that the ultrasonic dispersion in20min gave better result.The pH of the solution had also a significant effect on the degree of dispersion.Experimental results showed that the dispersing was best performed at pH ranges of4-8and10-12,respectively.Compared with the gravimetric method,the devel-oped method is rapid and the relative standard deviation has almost decreased by a factor of nine.
