摘　　要： 现时代作为一个创新时代正在形成创新文化。在创新文化氛围中的大学文化也就被打上了创新的烙印。创新的大学文化是现代创新文化的一部分,它与现代创新的精神结构、制度安排、生活方式联系在一起。当代东西方国家的大学的自身变革,正体现了大学适应创新、引导创新的时代精神。在大学的创新过程中,现代创新文化的深层变革正在发生。创新时代与创新文化、创新大学具有一种内在互动的关系结构。 The innovative culture has been already formed in modern times as an innovative era. In this atmosphere the culture of university is naturally imprinted with a mark of innovation. As a part of modern innovative culture, the innovative university culture is related with the spirit structure, the system plan and the life style of modern innovation. The reform of universities in the east and west countries embodies the time spirit of the university acclimatizing and leading the innovation. It could be anticipated that the deep modern reform is happening now in the process of innovation. Innovative culture and innovative universities are related with innovative times more closely.
