摘　　要： 正义是法的核心价值,法的所有其他价值,如秩序、自由、平等、效益等,实质上都是正义的展开和具体化。将正义视为法的核心价值,有助于促进我国法制建设坚持倡导正义精神,始终把伸张正义、实现正义作为追求的最高价值目标,有益于促进全社会和民族正义精神的健康发育。 Justice is the core value of law, and other legal values in essence are all the unfolding and embodying of justice. Justice is the value trend of law. It serves both the tool value of law and legal self-value. Studying on the core value of law——justice, avails to the rule of law of our country persisting in advocating justice spirit and take upholding and realizing justice as the tallest value purpose, and to further health growing of justice spirit of the whole society and nation.
