摘　　要： 探讨了基于GIS的滑坡信息管理和预测预报系统的设计。该系统以GIS软件MapInfo为平台,将与滑坡发生有关的多种数据进行存储、管理和分析,然后在充分考虑滑坡稳定性与各因素之间的统计相关性和位置相关性的基础上,建立滑坡影响因子叠加预测模型和神经网络预测模型。该系统不仅可以有效地管理滑坡数据,而且可以进行滑坡预测预报,为决策提供依据。 This paper probes into the design of GIS-based landslide information management and forecasting system, which takes the software of GIS, Mapinfo, as the platform, makes the storage, management and analysis of various data relevant to the occurrence of the landslide, and based on the full considerations of the landslide's stability and the statistical correlations and positional correlations among all factors, establishes the landslide influencing factor superimposed forecasting model and the neural network forecasting model. This system can not only manage the landslide data effectively but also make the landslide forecasting for providing basis for the decision.
