摘 要: 通过以含醚键的聚(氧化丙烯-氧化乙烯)为主体,与二氧化锡溶胶复合,制备了一类可用于尼龙的抗静电剂。对其热性能和红外光谱进行了测试,将该抗静电剂应用于尼龙6树脂中,通过挤出切粒,注塑成型,制得了抗静电尼龙材料;探讨了不同二氧化锡溶胶用量的抗静电剂对尼龙6材料的电阻、力学性能和加工性能的影响。实验表明,该抗静电剂起始分解温度大于260℃;二氧化锡溶胶与抗静电剂主体之间产生了相互作用,形成了复合结构。该抗静电剂可使尼龙6体积电阻率减少3个数量级,对尼龙6的力学性能影响不大。 Poly(propylene oxide-ethylene oxide) containing ether linkage was used to make complexes with stannic oxide sol,thus producing a kind of anti-static agent for nylon resins.The thermal property and IR spectra of the prepared anti-static agent were studied,and the agent was applied to nylon resins.Anti-static Nylon 6 samples were prepared by employing the synthesized anti-static agents through extrusion and injection molding.Furthermore,the effects of the anti-static agents containing different content of stannic oxide on the volume resistance,mechanical properties and processability of nylon 6 were studied experimentally.The results showed the initial decomposition temperature of the agent was higher than 260 ℃,and there was interaction between stannic oxide sol and the agent,resulted in a composite structure.The volume resistance of the Nylon 6 was decreased by 3 orders of magnitude and the mechanical performance was only slightly influenced by employing the anti-static agent.
