摘 要:
用DSC及程序升温氧化(TPO)等方法对载体的稳定性及几种金属氧化物催化剂对消除柴油车排气颗粒物催化反应性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,复合载体TiO2/γ-Al2O3/cordierite的热稳定性比较好。以其为载体的催化剂中,用Pt贵金属修饰的Cu-K-V催化剂表现的活性最高,而老化则会降低催化剂的活性。
DSC and TPO were employed to study the stability of the support and the catalytic performances of several metal oxides catalysts in abating the carbon black particle microsome(PM)..The result showed that the composite support of TiO_2/γ-Al_2O_3/cordierite had good stability .Comparing the different catalysts supported on it, the Cu-K-V catalyst with precious metal Pt modifying showed the best catalytic activity. The adding of Pt cut down the temperature of SOF and improved the catalytic performances, yet the aging decreased the catalytic activity.
