摘 要: 本文对近年来有关共轭亚油酸(Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)在猪上的营养研究进展进行综述,重点分析了共轭亚油酸的营养重分配效应、肉质改良作用、免疫调节功能,以及对猪生产性能的影响,并讨论了共轭亚油酸发挥上述作用的潜在机制。 Recent advances in conjugated linoleic acid in pigs were reviewed.The e mphasis was placed on effects of conjugated linoleic acid in nutrient repartitio n,pork quality improvement,immune regulation and pig performance.Mechanisms of a ction of conjugated linoleic acid were also discussed.
