摘　　要： 组织环境的巨变导致组织本身正发生革命性的变革,在这一背景下提出了知识资本、知识组织、知识管理等,文章提出运用AHP的模糊综合评价方法对我国企业的知识管理进行量化评估。 The changes of enterprise environment cause itself revolutionary reform. Under this background, the paper introduces Intellectual capital, Enterprise Knowledge, and Knowledge Management. And Knowledge management can be valued in the enterprises of china by the methods of AHP and Compound ambiguous evaluation. This way can be used practically in enterprise management.
