摘　　要： 音乐教育作为美育的重要组成部分,已越来越引起人们的关注。如何使其在培养高素质人才中发挥出特有的功能作用,为广大高校音乐教育工作者认真思索和广泛探讨的问题。本文从多个视角进行了较深入的分析和阐明,提出了应多渠道开展音乐普及教育、利用第二课堂建立音乐欣赏考级进级制等若干对策思路。 As the important part of the aesthetic education, music education has more and more drawn the attention of people. It has been a problem for vast musical educator of universities to think deeply about how to cause music education to perform its unique function in training talents with high quality. This paper makes a thorough analysis and explanation from many angles of view. It proposes many countermeasures such as developing musical universal education through various channels, making use of the second-classroom to set up the grade-test system of musical appreciation and so on.
