摘 要: 通过CAD和CAM的实体建模技术,并对SPM的工作情况进行仿真研究,得到了SPM的失效原因。使用CAM技术对SPM进行设计研究,提出了一种针对SPM的新型偏心升降装置,使得SPM的测试高度大大增强;并设计了过载保护装置,解决了SPM测试较高样品时的失效问题。 Failure reason of SPM was presented with solid modeling technology of CAD and CAM and simulating research of work conditions of SPM.A novel eccentric hoisting device was designed adapting to the SPM through the CAM technology,which increased the measuring height.At the same time,a kind of overload protection parts was proposed by the CAM technology.The failure problem at measuring higher samples was resolved by above instruments.
