摘 要: 本文对比了甲酸蒸气和离子束轰击对尼龙1010样品的刻蚀效果,扫描电镜观察表明,结晶温度较低样品用离子束刻蚀效果较好,而甲酸蒸气刻蚀更适合于高温结晶样品的处理. The corrosive effects of nylon 1010 samples correded by formic acid steam and byionic bombardment have been studied by SEM. The results show that the ionic bombardment methodis suitable for the ringed spherulite sample crystallized at lower temperature(<181℃),and the ef-fect of the formic acid steam corrosion is harder than the ionic bombardment,therefot,it is moresuitable for the samples crystallized at higher temperature(near T_m)
