摘 要: 用电厂副产品空心微珠和金属复合,以提高金属镀层的耐磨损性和抗腐蚀性。利用电沉积技术,在A3钢片上制备了含有微米级空心微珠粒子的镍基复合镀层。研究复合镀层的硬度、耐磨性、抗腐蚀性以及镀层的结构与空心微珠粒度的关系。结果表明:Ni基复合镀层的显微硬度比纯镍镀层高出100~180HV,且Ni复合镀层显微硬度随空心微珠粒度增大而增大,最大可以达到523.0HV;Ni复合镀层在陶瓷球下的耐磨性比纯镍镀层提高50%,而在钢球下的耐磨性则比纯镍镀层提高95%;抗腐蚀性提高79%~97%。 The Nickel micron hollow tiny pearl composite coating on A3 steel substrate was prepared by electrodeposition technique. The hardness, resistance to wear, anti-corrosion, and the microstructure of the composite coating ware investigated. The results indicated that the micro-hardness of the composite coating is 100~180HV higher than that of pure nickel coating. The micro-hardness of former increases reach the maximum value of 523.0HV ,and then decreases as hollow tiny pearl’s granularity increases. As comparing with pure nickel coating, the wear resistance enhanced 50% with ceramic ball, and 95% with steel ball, while anti-corrosion enhanced 79%~97% for composite coating.
