摘 要: 在整车振动试验的基础上,分别采用1/3倍频带分别评价方法和总加权值方法对三轮运输车的行驶平顺性进行分析,结果显示三轮运输车行驶平顺性很不理想,分析发动机激励和路面激励对整车振动的影响.根据三轮农用运输车的结构特点,提出悬浮式发动机悬置系统设计方案,系统介绍了该悬置系统的结构特点,并对发动机悬置系统设计中的几个关键问题进行探讨,试验结果表明所设计的发动机悬置系统具有良好的隔振效果. Test of ride comfort of agricultural vehicle is done. The influence of engine mounting system and suspension on the ride comfort is discussed. A new concept of engine mounting system of tricycle vehicle are introduced. The key problems of the new engine mounting system design are discussed. The vibration of a tricycle vehicle with new engine mounting system can be substantially reduced, showing that the new engine mounting system has practical application value. The vibration characteristic of tricycle vehicle has been improved.
