摘　　要： 组织中知识管理系统实质上是一种难度自增值系统,因此在知识管理系统的建立和推进过程中,宜选用"旋进原则"的处理方法;知识经纪人正是处于知识管理多维结构中各自旋维度之间的结合点的位置,并发挥六项主要的功能;基于知识经纪人的知识管理模式有四种,且各自有其突出的特点。 In organization, knowledge management system is essentially a difficulty self value-added one. Thus, in the course of establishing and pushing forward the knowledge management system, the 'progressing principle' should be adopted. The knowledge broker is placed in the connecting point of dimensional structure of knowledge management, playing 6 major roles. There are four models of knowledge management based on knowledge broker, with their own eminent characteristics.
