摘　　要： 流行病学研究表明,在冬季老年人群中会出现过高的死亡率。但这种现象的产生机制尚不清楚,可能是与冬季是传染病的高发期,冷应激引起的血浓缩及心血管反应相关。目前,对衰老与冷应激的研究较少。将国外在人工气候实验室条件下,对衰老和冷应激的相关性研究作了综述,探讨在衰老过程中,机体对冷应激反应的差异及可能的潜在机制。 Epidemiological studies have shown the higher winter mortality particularly in older age groups. No clear mechanisms have been identified for the excess winter mortality, but possible candidates are an increasing number of infections during wintertime, cold-induced hemoconcentration and cold-related cardiovascular reflexes. The number of experimental studies on the relations between aging and cold stress in humans is relatively small. This review mainly focused on controlled laboratory studies on aging and acute cold stress,discussed the age-related changes in response to cold stress and what might be the underlying mechanisms.
