摘　　要： 计算机辅助教学,将教师难以用语言和黑板表达的复杂的机械结构,应用多媒体技术以多样化的方式表现在屏幕上,达到了以直观和形象的形式为学生提供机械设计的知识的目的。为此,选用Pro/E软件对减速器进行三维建模,通过Pro/E的Animate模块制作装拆过程的动画,并利用VB软件设计了一级减速器的虚拟装配和拆卸机械结构教学软件。该教学软件具有演示减速器主要零部件的三维图形和减速器装拆过程的功能。使学生在无须实际接触机械零件的情况下加深理解机械结构,从而提高教学质量。 In this article, the “instructional software for illustrating the assembling and disassembling process of one-level speed reducer” is designed by applying Visual Basic programming software. The three-dimension models are created by Pro/E, while the animation files of assembling and dissembling process are designed with animate module of Pro/E software. This instructional software has functions of showing 3-Dimensinal structures of main parts and components, and illustrating assembling and dissembling process of the speed reducer. It can provide knowledge of speed reducers with intuitive and figurative manners, and make students have deep comprehension without contacting real mechanical parts. Therefore it is no doubt that the educating qualities can be improved by this instructional software.
