摘　　要： 目前,黑龙江省农村劳动力转移工作取得明显进展,转移的规模不断扩大,转移的领域和空间日益拓宽,对增加农民收入的贡献率越来越高。但是,农民工的文化技能水平偏低,不能满足社会需求,成为当前农民工非农就业的屏障。为此,主要论述了黑龙江省农民工教育培训的必要性,并对农民工教育培训机制进行了研究。 At present, workers’ transfer from countryside in Heilongjiang province make obvious progress, the transfer scale continually expend. The field and space of transfer are widened too, so increased farmer’s income. But farmer’s education and skill level are too low to meet the need of society, and it become a barrier which farmers work outside the field. So mainly discussed the necessary that workers from countryside are educated and trained in Heilongjiang Province and studied on the mechanism of these farmers’ training.
