摘 要: 在总结现有管网优化方法的基础上,针对目前国内外一些学者对管径优化设计方法中存在的不足,提出了针对区域供水输配系统的管径参数选择的“均匀性”设计方法,其原则是经济性与可靠性并重,从技术角度进行经济性分析,探求管网设计的内在规律,结果证实与传统的“最优比摩阻”设计相比,只要相应地调整初投资比例,就可以在保持初投资不变的情况下节省大量的运行费用,并通过实例证实了“均匀性”设计方法的实用价值。 In response to the deficiency in the optimization design of pipe diameter, the design method for “homogeneity” of pipe diameter for transmission and distribution system of regional water supply was proposed based on summarizing the existing optimization of pipe network. The design was carried out on the principle of putting equal emphasis on economy and reliability. Techno-economic analysis was made to explore the intrinsic regularity in design of pipe network. It is proved that by comparing with the traditional design of “optimum specific friction resistance”, to make some adjustment on the proportion of initial investment can economize large amount of operating cost under the constant initial investment. It is verified by practical application that the “homogeneity” design method is of practical value.
