摘　　要： 合成了一种新型化合物——羟基丙烯酸酯醚化甘油环缩甲醛,该化合物具有双键官能团和活泼的亚甲基氢,可用作热固性涂料和辐射固化涂料的活性稀释剂。对该化合物的生产工艺进行了研究,确定了最佳合成条件为：n(甘油)：n(甲醛)：n(丁醇)：n(羟基丙烯酸酯)=1：1：1．2：1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量(以甘油汁)为2g/mol,醚化温度为80～85℃,阻聚剂为2,6-叔丁基对甲酚。 The synthesis of a new compound,glycerol cyclic acetal hydroxy acrylate,was studied.The compound contained carbon-carbon double bone andα-H in methylene between two oxygen atoms so that it could be used as active diluent in polyester coating and radiation curabel coating.The optimum conditions were as follows:n (glyc- erol):n (formaldehyde):n (butanol):n(hydroxyethyl acrylate)=1:1:1.2:1,mass ratio of the catalyst to the glyc- erol 2 g/mol,temerature of etherification 80～85℃,2,6-tert-butyl phenol.
