摘　　要： 采用不同的扦插基质、不同浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)对火龙果插条进行扦插生根试验,试验结果表明,以泥炭与河沙混合基质生根效果最好,IBA对火龙果插条生根有显著的促进作用,1500mg/L的IBA对平均根数、平均根长促进作用显著,500mg/L的IBA的处理生根率最高达93 3%。 The rooting trial of stem cutting of Hylocereus undatus cv.vietnam was carried out by using different media and different concentration of IBA.The results indicated that there was the significant rooting effect on stem cutting by using the mixture media with sand and turf,and the significant effect using 1500 mg/L IBA on stem cutting rooting such as mean root numbers, mean root length was observed, while the maximum rooting rate of stem cutting was induced by using 500 mg/?L IBA.
