摘　　要： 文章从近现代图书馆功能变革的角度,探讨了图书馆功能转型与阅读方式之间的互动关系。指出图书馆作为直接体现阅读文化价值的重要场所,在传统图书馆、自动化图书馆与数字图书馆兼容与协调发展的新"平台"时期,注重研究读者阅读行为的形态变化与实效性,是图书馆界关注的重要学科内容与努力探索的社会目标。 From the aspect of functional reform of modem libraries,the authors discuss the interaction between the trans- formation of library's function and reading form.Also,the authors point out that since the library serves as the main place to directly embody the value of reading culture,Librarians should pay attention to the research on the changes and actual effects of the readers' reading behavior in the new period when traditional,automatic and digital libraries are in combina- non and harmonious expansion.
