摘 要:
以聚硅氧烷乳液为基料,加入适量的交联剂、增粘剂、催化剂、填料制备了低模量高伸长率室温硫化水性硅酮密封胶,该密封胶的哑铃型拉伸试样和H型粘接拉伸试样的模量(100%定伸应力)小于0 4MPa,哑铃型试样断裂伸长率达1000%以上,H型粘接拉伸试样(对玻璃、铝材和石材)断裂伸长率大于500%,并显示为胶内聚破坏.
By the use of silicone emulsion as base stock, adding crosslinker, adhesion promoter, catalyst and filler, RTV water-based silicone sealant with low modulus and high elongation was prepared. Both dumbbell rubber sheet sample and H type tensile-adhesion speciman have the modulus lower than 0.4 Mpa. Elongation, at break, of the dumbbell rubber sheet is over 1000%, and that of the H type tensile-adhesion specimen over 500%. The adhesions to glass, aluminium and marble of this silicone sealant exhibit cohesive failure.
