摘　　要： 讨论了半干法合成阳离子瓜尔胶 (CGG)的影响因素 ,优化出合成阳离子瓜尔胶的最佳工艺条件 ,并将所合成的阳离子瓜尔胶作为助留剂应用于废纸脱墨浆。研究结果表明 ,半干法制备的阳离子瓜尔胶对废纸脱墨浆有良好的助留效果 ,当其用量为 0 . 0 5 %时 ,填料留着率提高了 40 . 9%。 This paper dealt with the synthesis of cationic guar gum (CGG) by half-dry process, and discussed the factors influencing the optimum process conditions of the synthesis. Better filler retention in DIP was realized when the cationic guar gum was used as retention aids, the filler retention increased by 40.92% when the CGG (DS=0.30) dosage was 0.05%.
