摘 要: 本文研究了稀土镁球墨可锻铸铁第一阶段石墨化动力学过程。研究表明石墨生长受碳原子传质过程与渗碳体分解双重因素控制,而渗碳体分解具有更重要的作用,石墨化后期亦完全由渗碳体分解所控制。论文对由界面反应、传质过程、渗碳体分解控制三种情况下的Avrrami方程n值进行了量化。 The Kinetics of first stage graphitization in spheroidal graphite malleable iron treated with RE -Mg alloy are discussed. It shows that the growth rate of graphite is controlled by both of the carbide decomposition and the transmission of carbon atoms,but the carbide decomposition seems to add more to the process, and it also control the later the growth rate of graphite in 1s stage of graphitization. Then values in Avrrami equation are quantified in three conditions of control by interface reaction、 transmission and carbide decomposition.
