摘　　要： 日本、韩国在承接国际产业转移过程中实现了经济腾飞。中国由于市场经济不完善,承接国际产业转移取得的成效不尽人意,市场经济不完善影响国际产业转移的效果。国内区域合作是解决在市场经济不完善前提下承接国际产业转移效果差的方法之一,区域经济合作既可以弥补国际产业转移造成的负面影响也能够弥补市场不完善造成的缺陷。 Japan and Korea realized rapid economic development in the process of carrying on transferring international industry. Due to the imperfect market economy, China has not achieve a satisfied result in the process of carrying on transferring international industry. Domestic area cooperation is one way to solve this problem. It will compensate the negative effect of transferring international industry and the defect of imperfect market.
