摘 要: 利用Gleeble-1 5 0 0热模拟实验机研究了不同钛含量对微合金钢连续冷却转变的影响,用热膨胀法建立了静态和动态条件下的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT) ,为含钛微合金钢制定合理的控冷控轧工艺提供了依据。研究表明,在较宽的冷却速度范围内(2~2 0℃/s)都有贝氏体组织生成;随含钛量增加,γ-α相变点上移,扩大了先共析铁素体形成的冷却速度区间;在动态条件下出现了只有多边形先共析铁素体和珠光体的组织。 This paper studies the effect of Ti-addition on the continuous cooling transformation process of Ti microalloyed steel by means of a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator. Thermal expansion method was adopted to obtain the continuous cooling transformation curves under deformed and un-deformed conditions. The research results will provide theoretical basis for establishing TMCP processing of Ti microalloyed steel. Experiments showed that bainite can be formed during a wide range of cooling rates from 2℃/s to 20℃/s; Increasing Ti-addition makes γ-α transformation temperature upward and extends the cooling area to form ferrite. Moreover, in the condition of deformation, only ferrite and pearlite microstructure can be observed.
